Parsnip Chips

Most people, especially when trying to follow a diet, tend to snack quite a lot, therefore it is highly important that those snacks are as healthy as they can be. These chips, made with parsnip, not only are healthy, but also very fragrant and flavorful.

  • 2 large parsnips
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram


Step 1

Peel the parsnips and cut them in very thin slices.

Step 2

Arrange all the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Sprinkle with salt and dried marjoram then drizzle the olive oil over the slices.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven at 400F for 10 minutes or until crisp and slightly golden brown.

Step 5

You can use carrots and celery instead of parsnip. They are all healthy and delicious.
