Oatmeal is healthy and delicious, but if you are embracing the Paleo diet, then you should know that your regular oatmeal needs to be changed with one that applies to the diet’s rules, such as this recipe I am showing you now.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 pound dates, pit removed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Coconut milk
  • Raw Honey

Method

Step 1

Mix the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds in a bowl then add the dates, chopped into smaller pieces.

Step 2

If you don’t use all of it now, store in a sealed jar.

Step 3

Serve with coconut milk, drizzled with 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
